How to balance the pH of blood?
Chronic fatigue, obesity, frequent headaches, sweating and bad body odor, bad skin, kidney problems …
These are just some of the symptoms associated with the excess acid in the body.
Remedy? Alkaline Diet, largely based on whole foods and raw, more vegetables and fruit, more movement.
The optimal functioning of your body requires balance between acidic and alkaline substances present in your blood and tissues. The pH of pure water is neutral pH7, the pH of acidic substances is less than pH7 and alkaline substances exceeds Ph7. an acidic substance may be neutralized by another alkaline and vice versa.
Range of pH:
The ideal pH of the blood, ranges between 7.35 and 7.45 – that is to say it is more alkaline than acid. The excess of acid in your body becomes unbalanced metabolism and in many occasions, it is the food that contributes most to the increase in the level of acid.
As I said before excess acid can cause a number of diseases and chronic malaise and obesity, cancer can only develop in an acid environment.
Several investigations have shown that the excess of acid over an extended period of several years, may cause kidney stones and cause gout. Acid causes osteoporosis, to neutralize the acidity, your body releases minerals into the blood residing in your body, including calcium, which literally steals from your bones and your teeth thus, protect yourself from the poisoning.
- Over time, the bones become fragile and break more easily.
- Teeth, deprived of minerals are unprotected and vulnerable to attacks from bacteria.
- Acidic diet causes the accumulation of bacterial plaque on the teeth causing cavities, early symptoms of heartburn can be seen in the gums that bleed during tooth brushing.
- List of diseases related to diet excessively acidic is endless: Diabetes, diseases of bones, rheumatism, allergy, migraine headaches, heart and circulatory diseases, cancer, colds, pneumonia, acidity of stomach, destruction of the immune system, and much, much more…
Your body has some mechanisms to lower the acidity, such as using the reserves of the mineral accumulated in your body or by removing the excess of acid through breathing in the form of carbon dioxide. Part of the eta acidity neutralized by the liver and the kidneys.
A rapid shallow breathing warning that your body’s acidity is too high. An acidic environment in the red blood cells are damaged and are not capable of carrying all the carbon dioxide of the blood to the lungs to be eliminated.
A rapid breathing is the body having to ask that you provide more oxygen and carbon dioxide cleanse. Other symptoms of excess acid are problems related to digestion as: heartburn, heaviness of stomach, fatigue, drowsiness.
Dangerous Diets:
Doctors warn of low calorie diets such as 1200 calories per day or diets high in animal protein. Such diets destroy the balance between acidic and alkaline substances in your body, causing excessive acidity in your blood and unbalancing your PH.
What to eat to Balance Blood pH?
Much less acidic and more alkaline. (Below you have a list of some of the alkaline and acidic foods.)
It is not always the flavor which determines the acidity of a food for example citrus fruit in particular, the lemon is alkaline in spite of its acid flavor. Alkaline substances are characterized by their mineral composition, calcium ions, potassium, sodium and magnesium.
Ions that contribute to the increased levels of acid are chlorine ions, phosphorus, sulfur formed in the body as the result of the breakdown of proteins and fats and carbon hydrates.
More acidic foods are high in protein products of animal origin such as meat, milk, eggs, cheeses and products that have been highly processed.
Most alkaline foods are mostly vegetables, fruit, green drinks, among them…
One last point:
If you look into the energy values of the foods, you’ll see that each food has a certain energy value that can be measured in MHz, the organs of your body need between 70 and 90 MHz in order to function correctly.
Burger 5Mhz, cooked meals 17MHz, Cancer Cell 30MHz, Fruits and vegetables 60-90MHz.
You’ll see that less energy foods also give you the most acidic, which is why if you feed acidic foods you’re always hungry because your body has no necessary energy for the digestion and the functions of everyday life. Energized foods are alkaline.
